Who is behind this project?
BonVi was created by Iris Development, a New Orleans-based development company with a focus on mixed-income housing development. The company’s development partner, Green Coast Enterprises, also has a proven track record in such projects, such as restoring the Pythian Building & Market to its former glory. Green Coast’s industry-leading capabilities in energy efficiency and sustainability helped establish BonVi’s Energy Star certification.
Additional partners are the Industrial Development Board of New Orleans and the City of New Orleans’ Office of Community Development, as well as Capital Impact Partners, Enterprise Community Partners, Partners for the Common Good, and the Low Income Investment Fund.

How much is the rent?
Our monthly rent prices:
- 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom: $1,550–$1,725

- 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom + Office: $2,600–$2,850
- 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom: $2,975–$3,625
Who is the internet provider for the building?
The building is wired for AT&T Internet service.
What utility will the tenants be responsible for?
Tenants will be responsible for electricity and internet/cable. Sewage and water will be included in the rent.
What is the leasing application fee? How do I submit an application?

Is the apartment pet friendly? Is there a fee associated with having pets?
BonVi allows cats and small dogs. The pet fee is $300.
How do I gain access to the co-working space?
The co-working space is for residents only and can be accessed by paying an additional $100 monthly fee that will be included in your lease if you opt in. Read more about the features of our co-working space.
